Thursday and Friday feature two local indigenous brothers sharing some of their remarkable culture with you in a setting where they adventured as children. Coupled with a sumptuous platter style banquet served to the table accompanied by Australian beverages, this is a feast for the senses. Saturday night focuses on an intimate rainforest dining experience featuring a six course individually plated tropical tasting menu encompassing the freshest and best of our local produce – all served beneath a black silk and velvet canopy highlighted with sparkling crystal and bud light chandeliers.
