Djarawong Bed and Breakfast is situated in the rolling rural hills of Djarawong just a short drive to Mission Beach in far North Queensland. Its relaxed rural location gives guests the better of two outstanding environments. The quiet of a rural setting a few kilometres to the wet tropical rainforest walks and a short 20 minute drive to the 14 kilometres of sandy beaches in Mission Beach. Guests are welcomed there and they have designed a complete resort-style home setting. The situation is wonderful with only two rooms whose entry doors open onto wide all weather veranda where you have 360 degree views from the mountain ranges to the tips of the islands. Their solar-heated, salt water, freeform swimming pool gives you the impression of being in a lagoon. Surrounded by tropical gardens with lots of areas to sit and relax. There is a cabana to sit and enjoy the views or when you feel like a swim just dive in and get cool again. Enjoy the quiet trickle of water that falls out of the huge Balinese bowl while you savour that glass of wine or a beer... delightful!
