The Cairns & Tropical North Visitor Information Centre, operated by Tourism Tropical North Queensland, is the only accredited visitor information centre in Cairns. The friendly staff offer visitors a wealth of information, personal assistance and booking services to help them enjoy a tropical experience just right for them. The Visitor Information Centre provides services to walk-in visitors as well via email and phone.

- Responsible for education and training of all Staff & Volunteers.
- To act as conduit between all TNQ VICS and TQ, and conduct yearly audits and new accreditations.
- To increase sales for VIC and member products.
- Liaise with members for all VIC sales and education of products.
