- To manage the activity of TTNQ’s Research and Insights Department and support the strategic planning of TTNQ through the analysis of tourism market trends and issues.
- To facilitate communication of tourism related statistics and trends to the team at TTNQ, the tourism industry and key stakeholders.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key research providers and stakeholders
