- Industry relations, membership development and relationship management of stakeholders
- Industry representation to Governments and others
- Support & assistance to Directors

- Manager Griffith Visitor Centre
- General Manager of Tourism Albury-Wodonga
- General Manager of Blue Mountains Tourism Authority
- Director of Marketing at Tourism New South Wales
- Tourism Australia – International Management Forums
- CEO of Tourism Tasmania
