Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Business Communications (major Public Relations)
Responsibilities:
• Respond to and action telephone/email/web enquiries, providing information and advice about the region
• To provide delegate boosting collateral
• Assist clients with the preparation of event proposals/bids
• Coordinate board and other reports as required
• Manage the collection, input and analysis of Queensland Business Event Survey (QBES)
• Plan and escort client familiarisation programs and site inspections as required
• Work closely with members on upcoming tradeshows, promotional opportunities and roadshows, coordinating and attending sales activities as required
• Focus on NZ Business Tourism Market
• To identify potential pre and post touring opportunities and provide client support
• To coordinate and participate in Business Tourism workshops and tradeshows including the handling and qualifying of buyers and post touring
• To represent Business Events Cairns & Great Barrier Reef buwithin industry
