Provide strategic and operational leadership to increase the level of business tourism in Tropical North Queensland.
Manage the bureau’s corporate and operational plans, performance indicators, performance reviews and development of unit reports in accordance with TTNQ policy.
Maintenance of an integrated research program to ensure activities in all key marketing areas are based on detailed target market analysis.
Manage the development and maintenance of strategies to maximise the support of members and key industry stakeholders to CRCB.
