Responsibilities: - Respond to and action telephone/email/web enquiries, providing information and advice about the region
- Provide delegate boosting collateral
- Assist clients with the preparation of event proposals/bids
- Plan and escort client familiarisation programs and site inspections as required
- Work closely with members on upcoming tradeshows, promotional opportunities and roadshows, coordinating and attending sales activities as required.
- Develop the famil schedule for Sell TNQ. Update the Sell TNQ website, manage exhibitor registration, and provide feedback to industry
- Manage the CRCB website and track the number of visitors to the website per month
- Focus on Japan Business Tourism Market
- To represent CRCB within industry
