- Administration duties
- Training, Induction, managing day-to-day needs of Ambassadors
- Organising Rosters
- Maintaining strong positive relationship with Airport staff
- Reporting maintenance, safety and security issues to Cairns Airport
- Providing quality customer service to passengers on airport facilities as well as tourist information on our region
- Maintaining a public relations role within the community to inform the general public about airport redevelopment.
