Responsibilities:
- To ensure the VIC operates efficiently & cost effectively.
- To ensure all visitors to the VIC are serviced with pride, professionalism & efficiency.
- Ensure all budgets & targets are achieved.
- Ensure all enquiries are answered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for education and training of all Staff & Volunteers.
- To act as conduit between all TNQ VICS and TQ, and conduct yearly audits and new accreditations.
- To increase sales for VIC and member products.
- Liaise with members for all VIC sales and education of products.
