- Maintenance of the Famil Database, Famil Calendar and Marketing Calendar
- Support of larger scale famils and organisation of some smaller famils
- Provide assistance in co-ordination of Missions & sales calls
- Assist with Co-ordination of shows, and responsible for the Caravan and Camping Shows.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
- Hosting and Escorting famils
- Provide overall support to the Marketing Dept.
