Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking conditions:
All bookings and final payment must be received by 01st July 2008. Once booking is confirmed, if full payment is not received by 01st July 2008 bookings will be cancelled.

Cancellation Penalties:
After payment has been received cancellation penalties may apply (subject to Hotel cancellation conditions). Cairns & Tropical North Visitor Information Centre will not charge additional fees.
